In March of 2020, when the pandemic began and in-person training was shut down, we spent hours and hours bringing the superstar developmental process to our trainees at home. We utilized virtual promo classes, competitions, one-on-one consultations, and brainstorming sessions, all of which helped the performers find themselves, their spark, their voice, and their presence.
